CCQ, r. 2 - Regulation respecting the minimum market capitalization of a company for the purposes of paragraph 9 of article 1339 of the Civil Code

1. For the purposes of paragraph 9 of article 1339 of the Civil Code, the market capitalization of a company whose common shares are listed by a stock exchange recognized by the Government shall be at least $75,000,000.
